Service scope

PlayReadyTV provides customer support for a 12-hour preview and guided activation process for international live television categories on compatible smart TVs, TV boxes, phones, tablets, and computers.

The preview helps customers check picture quality, device compatibility, category availability, and support flow before choosing a paid plan. Live television categories may include sports, news, drama, movies, kids, documentary, entertainment, and country-based selections.

Availability can vary by country, channel, event, programme, device, platform, or network. Customers should confirm the categories they care about during the preview before activation.

12-hour preview

The preview period is offered so a customer can test the actual screen and network they plan to use. Preview access can depend on device model, software version, regional availability, account checks, technical limitations, and support capacity.

A preview is not a promise of permanent category availability or unchanged device behavior after future manufacturer, platform, or network updates.

Plans, activation, and payments

Plan durations and prices are shown on the website for transparency. Before any payment request, support should confirm in writing the selected plan, duration, price, payment recipient or payment link, activation timing, preview result, and the refund terms that apply.

The website does not collect card numbers or payment credentials. If a third-party payment provider is used, that provider’s own terms, privacy policy, fees, and processing rules apply.

A plan starts only after the customer confirms the request and the support team confirms activation. Customers should keep the WhatsApp/payment confirmation for their records and are responsible for giving accurate device information and keeping access details private.

Refunds and cancellations

The 12-hour preview is provided so customers can check device compatibility and available live television categories before choosing a paid plan. If a paid plan has not been activated, you may request cancellation before activation. After activation, refunds are reviewed case by case when a confirmed technical compatibility issue prevents use and our support team cannot reasonably resolve it. Refund requests must include the order details, device model, payment confirmation, and a description of the issue.

Refunds are not intended for changes of mind after a confirmed activation when the preview was available and the service works on the compatible device tested by the customer.

Compatibility and support limits

Compatible devices and viewing quality can change because manufacturers, operating systems, media platforms, home networks, and third-party services update their software or policies. PlayReadyTV will provide reasonable help, but it cannot control third-party platforms, rights availability, device firmware, or internet service quality.

Lawful use

Customers must use any access details lawfully and only for personal viewing where permitted. Sharing, reselling, redistributing, recording, or using access details for unlawful activity is not permitted.

No affiliation

PlayReadyTV is independent. Unless clearly stated in writing, PlayReadyTV is not affiliated with Microsoft, Microsoft PlayReady, device manufacturers, operating system providers, media platforms, television networks, content providers, rights holders, or DRM/content protection technology providers.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the service, support process, or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies from the date it is made available.
